1. Can the room stay on the awning when packing up?
The room has to be removed before packing up.
2. Can the Gumtree Mesh Room and Tent Room be used simultaneously?
Only one of the two can be used at any one time.
3. What kind of warranty do you offer?

4. What happens if my delivery arrives damaged?
All our shipments are transit insured. Should your delivery arrive in a damaged condition, please do not accept the shipment, advise the courier thereof and get in contact with us immediately. Transit insurance cannot be claimed for accepted deliveries.
5. Do you deliver internationally?
We certainly do. A substantial part of our business is done across borders and we deliver all Gordigear products to a global customer base. We have numerous storage hubs around the globe and delivery time may vary depending on where your purchase will be dispatched from and on the delivery method selected.
6. How long will it take for international orders to arrive?
The answer depends mainly on which means of transportation you choose (air freight, sea freight, courier) and which storage hub we dispatch your order from. For a delivery time estimation, please get in contact with us.
