All new products purchased directly from Gordigear come with a 24-month guarantee, which covers materials and workmanship. Some products have a longer guarantee period, in which case this is stated under the specifications of the respective product. If a product defect occurs due to normal use, we will repair the defect using replacement parts. In the case of defects that can be repaired by laypeople, we reserve the right to only provide the replacement parts. In order to assess the claim, it may be necessary for the applicant to email photos of the defect. Claims for reimbursement of expenses for services provided by the applicant cannot be made. Return and replacement shipping costs must be paid by the applicant if these do not fall under the legal provisions for transactions within Germany. For more information, click here.

We accept no liability for defects caused by product modifications, negligent behavior or improper use/installation. Likewise, there is no warranty claim for cosmetic damage or normal wear and tear. Furthermore, Gordigear reserves the right to replace the original article with an identical or similar product or to refund the original purchase price (excluding shipping costs) instead of repairs or spare parts. All returns to Gordigear must be made via trackable post or courier service.

Personal injury, property damage and consequential damage caused by product defects are excluded from liability. Commercial losses caused by product defects cannot be claimed either. Although we make every effort to ensure that information in printed, digital or other form is error-free, we must nevertheless exclude claims based on incorrect information. All our deliveries are insured for transport. If your shipment arrives damaged, please reject it, inform the courier and contact us. Transport insurance cannot be claimed for accepted deliveries.
